Existing Property Procurement Services:
Our team of professionals will meet with you in order to fully understand your specific facility needs. Once we clearly understand your facility specifications we actively search the market for facilities that satisfy your requirements on either an "as is" basis, or can be renovated to satisfy your needs. If a suitable facility is located we will actively pursue the possible purchase of the facility for ultimate lease to you under an agreed-upon lease arrangement.
Build-To-Suit Service:
If you currently own, or have located, a parcel of ground that provides an excellent location for your business, but are not in a position to provide the capital needed to construct a facility, a build-to-suit arrangement may be perfect for you. Under such an arrangement we will look to possibly acquire the ground and construct the facility thereon that meets your specific needs under an agreed-upon lease arrangement.
